Located in the heart of campus, the Molecular Engineering & Sciences Building is ideally situated to catalyze cross-departmental research collaborations and educational initiatives. Built in 2011, its open office and lab layout promotes interaction among scientists from different disciplines, creating a fertile environment for innovation and discovery. The Molecular Analysis Facility (MAF) occupies the building's ground floor the largest vibration-free laboratory space on the west coast and serves as an essential resource for molecular engineers.
The College of Engineering's Collaboration Core manages MolES building operations. Visit the Collaboration Core website to request building access, reserve meeting rooms, reserve autoclaves, and to find information on waste disposal procedures.
